In the heart of Gothenburg, pinDeliver AB was founded in 2012. The first seed for the solution was planted back in 2004 at an emergency department in Gothenburg. The uncertainty about when one would receive help and the long waiting times created frustration; what if you could receive an SMS shortly before it was time instead of sitting in the waiting room for hours? The idea that more industries could benefit from this was born, and the need for traceability in delivery was identified.
With our self-developed Next Generation TMS, we are proud today to offer a solution that optimizes the entire delivery chain – from the warehouse to the terminal and from the terminal to the final delivery with full traceability. Together with our customers – in sectors such as e-commerce, grocery retail, wholesale, transportation, and courier services – we work every day to create first-class delivery experiences and make logistics smoother and more efficient than ever before.
We are driven by innovation that makes a difference – and today, we are proud to revolutionize the transport industry – step by step. With extensive experience in IT solutions, we, together with our customers, have identified the needs within the logistics industry and developed a platform that is at the forefront.
While the headquarters remains on the west coast, today we also have employees based in Stockholm. The founders have a background as IT consultants, and pinDeliver was previously part of the Elicit Group but is now completely employee-owned.
The Last Mile Revolution is a rebellion against the complex and expensive. A call to all those who do not want to be tied down by a single logistics system. pinDeliver fights for the carriers. For freedom, simplicity, and delivery reliability.
The vision has been the same since the beginning. We want to change an industry that has long remained unchanged. The last mile is the most expensive mile and has been documented on paper and pen for years. We believe in the digitalized path and that the time spent on daily planning can be utilized better, while the customer receives a world-class experience.
